Return & Shipping Policy


We want you to be pleased with your products and  we also want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh, handmade and has never been used by another customer.  To that end, due to the personal nature of handcrafted products, we cannot accept returns; however we do offer refunds on unopened items if you are not satisfied with the product.

Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us by email at within 72 hours of receipt of the damaged product.

Once we are notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase. Your refund will be provided as a credit to the credit card or Paypal account used at the time of purchase. 


Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.  In the event the product needs to be returned, you will receive return instructions via email. If you are shipping items over $75, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.
